DetectaShield Warranty
The manufacturer shall warrant the detectable warning surfaces to be free from defects for a period of five years from date of substantial completion. The installation contractor shall warrant the installation to be free from defects for the same period. Warranty does not cover damage in whole or in part by conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer or installer, including but not limited to: use for which the material is not designed; casualty; faulty design or construction; failure of the substrate; damage caused by neglect or improper maintenance procedures and other causes not specified. This warranty is in lieu or all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchant ability of fitness for a particular purpose.
